Well hey there, gorgeous, I hope you’re having a good start to the weekend!

It’s been rainy here for the past week and I decided that I needed some flowers to add a bit of cheer to my day.  Having grown up in the Midwest, I’m always embarrassed when I complain about a few days of mildly cold and wet weather.  Oh, the horror of three straight days of 50-degree cloudy days with some much needed rain!  But a couple of decades in the San Francisco Bay area has softened me. Thankful For You Every Day

I colored this flower yesterday as I was hanging out with a crafty friend and as I was putting together the card this morning, I was thinking about how grateful I am to have found my way to Instagram and to have met so many wonderful crafty friends.  So, I paired the flower with a sentiment that expresses how I feel about this amazing crafty community that has welcomed me with such open and loving arms.  Thank you so very much!
