Hi there, I hope your weekend has gotten off to a great start!
After about a week of mostly stamping, I felt like coloring again so I pulled out some pretty florals from Pinkfresh Studio.
I started by stamping the largest floral from the Pinkfresh Studio Fancy Blooms set four times onto an A2-sized piece of Neenah Solar White 80# Classic Crest cardstock. I used Copic-friendly Hero Arts Intense Black ink and I also used a Misti stamping tool to help with stamp positioning. After I finished stamping the flowers, I used a small stamp from the set to stamp the black middles of the flowers.
For the coloring, I used E000, E01, YR61, and YR65 for the blush-colored flowers. I used B41, B45, and B37 for the blue flowers, and G40, G43, and G46 for the leaves.
When I finished coloring, I got out Lush Greenery stamp set and used Versafine Clair Nocturne ink to stamp the “You are” sentiment directly onto the panel. I stamped “fabulous” onto a scrap piece of Neenah Solar White and then used the coordinating die to die cut it out. I used the same die to cut three pieces of white 110# Recollections cardstock. I stacked and adhered the die cuts together, with the stamped die cut on top, and then I adhered it to the card front.
I decided that I wanted to add a frame so I used some leftover frames that I had cut using the Altenew Fine Frames Cover Die set. I adhered one flush to the cardfront and then adhered another at an angle, over the first.
To finish, I adhered the card front to an A2-sized card base.
Thank you very much for coming by!
