Inhale Confidence. Exhale Doubt.

Today’s quick and easy card features a sentiment from the Planner Inspiration stamp set from Technique Tuesday which has a number of encouraging sentiments that I love. I also used the beautiful Heart in the Middle stencil from Alexandra Renke.  I’m new to Alexandra Renke and am loving the few things that I have from her line of products.

I started with an A2-sized piece of Neenah Solar White #80 Classic Crest cardstock.  I held the stencil over it and, with a foam blending tool, gently blended on Distress Ink in Broken China.  I tried to add some color variation by blending more layers of ink closer to the heart and fewer layers as I reached the outer edges of the stencil.

I stamped the sentiment in Versafine Black Onyx ink and then trimmed the panel to 4″ x 5.25″ and adhered it to an A2-sized piece of teal Recollections cardstock.  Then I adhered the entire card front to an A2-sized card base to finish up the card.
