You Are Amazing | Hero Arts April 2022 My Monthly Hero Countdown + Giveaway

Hello and welcome to the first day of the three-day countdown to Monday’s Hero Arts release! The new kit is beautiful and goes live at 10am PT on April 4th.

For this card, I used Clear Embossing & Watermark ink and white embossing powder to heat emboss the background image in the kit onto Peony cardstock. Then I diluted some pink liquid watercolor with clean clear water and used a Water Flow Brush to lightly paint the petals of all of the flowers and the wings of the bees.

Next, I used the sentiment dies included in the kit to create the focal sentiment using Azalea cardstock and vellum layering paper. Finally, I heat embossed the small sentiment (also included in the kit) onto a strip of Azalea cardstock.

To assemble the card, used foam tape to adhere the sentiments and then adhered the card front to a card base.
