Can’t Wait To See You

Today I’m playing with some products from Erin Lee Creative.  I took advantage of their huge spring sale and finally bought this Can’t Sentiment stamp set which I have had my eye on for a while.

I started with the background which is an A2-sized piece of Neenah Solar White 80# Classic Crest cardstock.  I used paper tape to temporarily adhere the Winter Leaves stencil to my cardstock and then, using ink blending brushes, I blended on Catherine Pooler Tiara ink over the entire panel.  Using a smaller blending brush, I went back in with Catherine Pooler Bellini ink and added some color at the tips of the leaves.

I removed the stencil and trimmed the panel to 4″x5.25″ and then placed it in a Misti Stamping tool.  Using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, I stamped the large sentiment and the accompanying small sentiment.

To assemble the card, I backed the panel with foam tape and adhered it to an A2-sized card base.
