For The Bride To Be

Hi there, I hope you’re having a nice Monday!  I’m lucky enough to have the day off and I’m so grateful to have this extra day to play and rest.

Today I’m sharing a simple and easy card for a bride-to-be.

I started by using Copic-friendly Hero Arts Intense Black ink to stamp the tiered dessert tray from Altenew’s Celebrations stamp set onto a piece of Neenah Solar White #80 Classic Crest cardstock.  Then I used Copics to do some very quick and simple coloring: RV11, RV14, Y15, Y17, BG11, BG15, C2, and C5.  When I finished, I used a Brother ScanNCut2 to cut out the image.

Then, using a foam blending tool, I very lightly blended some Picked Raspberry Distress Ink onto an A2-sized piece of Strathmore Bristol Smooth cardstock.  To create a splatter effect, I used a small paintbrush to sprinkle clean clear water onto the card and then let it sit for about 20 seconds before dabbing it up with a clean paper towel.

I used Versafine Clair Nocturn ink to stamp the sentiment and then adhered the dessert tray with foam tape for a bit of dimension.  To finish, I adhered the card front to an A2-sized card base.

Thank you so much for coming by!
