Best Wishes and Bubble Kisses

Hello there, I hope you’re week is going well!

Today’s card features the Bubble Over With Joy stamp set from My Favorite Things.  These sweet bunnies are just so adorable and fun to color!

I started by stamping the bunnies in Copic-friendly Hero Arts Intense Black ink onto a piece of Neenah Solar White #80 Classic Crest cardstock.  I used Y11, Y13, and Y15 to color their dresses, and E41, E31, and #35 to color their fur.  I also used R30 to add a bit of pink to the inside of their ears, and to color their noses.

For the background, I trimmed a piece of Strathmore Bristol Smooth cardstock using the largest die from the My Favorite Things Wonky Stitched Rectangle die set.  I then used the My Favorite Things Drifts & Hills stencil to create the grassy hillside.  I used a blending tool to lightly blend on Twisted Citron Distress ink.  I added just a bit of Mowed Lawn, a darker green, to the crest of the hills.

Then, I used the My Favorite Things Cloud stencil and blended on Tumbled Glass Distress ink to create three layers of soft clouds.

To finish the background, I stamped on the sentiment in Versafine Onyx Black ink and then popped up, and adhered, the bunnies using foam tape.  Then I adhered individual sequins from the Pretty Pink Posh Marshmallow Confetti Mix as bubbles.  Finally, I adhered the entire card front to an A2-sized white card base.
