Hello and welcome! It’s release day at Hero Arts and we’re celebrating the June collection, including the reimagined Hero Arts monthly subscription program, now with six options! Every month you’ll have the following Hero Studio subscriptions options:

This month’s collection features bold urban images and textures. For this card I used the layering sky stamps in the June Hero Studio Cardmaking Kit to stamp the sky in a blend of Dusty Blue and Cornflower Core Inks, with just a bit of Summer Sky at the top, onto a 4.25″ x 5.5″ panel of white cardstock. For the white cloud layer, I just barely touched a Charcoal ink pad to the stamp before very lightly stamping down.
Next, I positioned the stencil from the kit over the bottom portion of the panel, making sure to overlap the bottom edge of the sky scene. Using an extra large blending brush, I blended a heavy layer of Charcoal ink over the stencil. Then I used a die from the Nesting Rectangles Infinity Die Set to cut the panel down to a smaller size.
For the sentiment, I used Clear Embossing & Watermark Ink and white embossing powder to heat emboss the sentiment, which is also from the kit, and then to finish the card I used foam tape to adhere the card front to a card base.
My next card features the June Clear Set + Dies of the Month as well as the Decorative Tile Pattern Stencil. I stamped the images in Intense Black ink and then colored them with Copic markers. For the background, I stamped the floor tile pattern and then positioned the stencil above the floor. I blended Mist ink over the stencil to create a tiled wall.
To assemble the card, I trimmed the panel down and then used foam tape to adhere the stamped images and sentiment. Then used more foam tape to adhere the card front to a panel of Arctic cardstock and which I then glued to a card base.

Hello and welcome to day two of the three-day countdown to Monday’s Hero Arts release! The fun new kit (and this link) goes live at 10am PT on February 5th.
For my card today I used Creamsicle and Lemon Drop Reactive inks to create a background using the stencil from the Premium kit. Then I use the small stamp set in the Premium kit to stamp this sentiment which I die cut using a die from the Circles Infinity die set. I die cut a slightly larger circle of vellum which I glued to the back of the sentiment.
To assemble the card, I used foam tape to adhere the sentiment piece to the background and then I glued the card front to a Dove White top-folded card base.

The April release is a fun, eclectic mix of florals and mixed media! The Premium Kit includes a 6″ x 8″ stamp set full of elements to mix and match for creating flower clusters, vases filled with blooms, and interesting patterns – either in the background or right on the flowers and vases themselves! Two red rubber cling stamps add even more pattern options. There are dies to cut out all of the elements, including the messages.
