My card today uses one of my favorite techniques for detailed floral images. While this beautiful stamp is great for coloring and painting, I also love how it looks in black and white!

Hello there, I hope your week has gotten off to a good start!
The July Gina K. Designs release is live and today I’m sharing a card featuring the new Happy Flowers stamp set (check out what else is new)!
When life is hectic, as it has been lately, beautiful stamp designs like this one hit the sweet spot for me. The line art is detailed enough to stand on its own, either with or without some spotlight coloring as I’ve done here, but also not so detailed that it becomes difficult for me to paint or color more fully. I’m still working on feeling confident with watercolors, so these nice open petals and leaves give me lots of room to play with shading!
