Hello and welcome! Today Altenew is having a special hop featuring projects made with their comprehensive collection of adhesives. If you arrived from Linda Westfall’s blog, you’re right on track. My card today features the Craft-A-Flower: Antique Rose layer die set along with leaves from the Decorative Swirls die set. To begin, I applied Double-Sided Adhesive Sheets to shades of pink and fuchsia cardstocks. Next, I used the Antique Rose dies to cut the layers for two roses. I removed the release paper and adhered the layers together.

Next, I cut leaves from two shades of sage green cardstock. I also created a sentiment strip using a stamp from the Sentiment Strips 3 stamp set.

For the background, I used the Dotted Scales Debossing Cover Die to add texture to a 4.25″ x 5.5″ panel of white cardstock.

To assemble the card, I used a 2-in-1 Precision Glue Pen to glue the leaves to the background panel before adding the blooms and sentiment with Instant Dimension Foam Tape. To finish, I glued the card front to a card base.
