Hello there, I hope your week got off to a great start!
The new Gina K. Designs release is live (see what’s new at the moment here) and I got to play with the beautiful new Spring Floral Background stamp set designed by Hannah Schroefper Drapinski. This 6″x8″ set includes a beautiful and intricate floral that is perfect for filling an entire A2-sized panel and eight sentiments, some in a beautiful scripty font.
For my card today, I started by using blending tools to blend Passionate Pink and Wild Dandelion inks onto a 4.25″ x 5.5″ panel of white cardstock, concentrating the pink at the bottom, the yellow at the top, and blending them into a pretty peach where they meet.
Next, I stamped the sentiment in black pigment ink just above center. Then, I stamped part of the background stamp above the sentiment, then rotated and stamped another part of the background stamp below the sentiment. To finish, I adhered the card front to a card base.
