Hello there and welcome!
The new Gina K. Designs September release is live and I got to play with the pretty new Forever stamp set. I really like the silhouette images in this stamp set; they made for a very quick and easy card!
I started off by using Post-it Tape to mask off the borders of a 4.25″ x 5.5″ panel of white cardstock. Next, I used a blending brush to blend Peach Bellini ink over the open area, concentrating the color at the bottom of the panel and letting it fade to white at the top.
I removed the masks from the left, right, and top of the panel and left the bottom mask in place. Then, using black pigment ink, I stamped the floral images. To create additional height for some of the images, I positioned the bottom of the stamp where it overlapped with an existing stamped image to give the illusion that the stem reaches all the way to the bottom of the panel.
Next, I stamped the sentiment, also in black pigment ink and removed the remaining mask.
To assemble the card, I simply adhered the card front to a card base.
Thank you so much for visiting!
