Hi there, I hope you had a great weekend!
Today I have a clean and semi-simple card to share featuring the beautiful Leaflet Dies from The Stamp Market. I’m a sucker for leafy dies, and this die’s unique style and shape caught my eye!
I started off by creating the background for this card. A while ago I used the 1/4″ Quick Strip die to cut strips from a bunch of colored cardstock. I like having these little strips handy to play around with and it makes putting together a background like this super quick and easy! For this background, I applied tape runner across the center of an A2-sized piece of Neenah Solar White 80# Classic Crest cardstock and then adhered seven strips of The Stamp Market cardstock. From top to bottom, they are: Cherry Kisses, Coral Reef, Peach, Blush, Sea Glass, Tropic Teal, and Island.
Next I used the large die from the Leaflet Dies set to cut a piece of Neenah. Then I used a pair of dies from the Handwritten Hellos die set to cut the “hello” detail sentiment from Diamond Glitter cardstock, and the shadow layer from vellum. I adhered the two layers together and set them aside. Last, I stamped “thinking of you” in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink on to a strip of Neenah. This sentiment is from the Tons of Type stamp set.
To assemble the card, I used foam tape to adhere the leaflet to the background and then adhered the glitter sentiment directly to the leaves. I used foam tape to pop up the stamped sentiment. As a small finishing touch, I trimmed the little stem from the Leaflet die cut. Finally, I adhered the card front to an A2-sized card base.
Thanks so much for visiting!

This is absolutely STUNNING!! I love the colors with the simple, white leaves!!
