Today I have a simple one-layer card featuring the Delightful Blossoms stamp set.
I started by placing an A2-sized piece of Neenah Solar White 80# Classic Crest cardstock and one of the gorgeous blooms from the stamp set into a Misti stamping tool. A stamp positioner is essential for this technique.
Next, I selectively inked up the flowers with Altenew Snapdragon ink and stamped. I checked my image and then inked up areas that I missed and stamped again. As you can see, I wasn’t careful about wiping away orange ink from where it had touched the leaves, but you could certainly do so. Using different color inks (Coral Bliss and Heart Beat for the darker inner areas of the blooms, and Parrot and Shadow Creek for the leaves), I repeated the process until the entire image had been stamped.
Next, I stamped the sentiment, from the Flower Child stamp set (part of the Peace, Love, and Sushi card kit) in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.
To finish up this quick card, I adhered the card front to an A2-sized card base.
