Anything But A Card | A Blog Named Hero March Challenge

Hello there!

It’s the middle of the month and that means there’s a new challenge over at A Blog Named Hero! This month’s theme is “Anything But A Card.”

I decided to make a little tag using the You’re Top Tier stamp set and coordinating dies.  I colored up the delicious display of cupcakes with Copic markers using mostly reds, light earths, and a darker earth for the chocolate cake.  Then I die cut the image.

I wrapped up a book with tissue paper and wrapped twine around it, instead of ribbon.  Before I tied a bow, I threaded the twine through the handle of the tiered tray.

If this die hadn’t had a little cut out, it would have been easy enough to use a small punch to create a hole to thread twine or ribbon through.  You can of course do that with any image to create a cute little embellishment for your gifts!
