I started by stamping the String Of Lights multiple times in Copic-friendly Hero Arts Intense Black ink around the border of an A2-sized piece of Neenah Solar White 80# Classic Crest cardstock. Then I colored the bulbs using RV13, RV14, and R46 for the reds, YR31, Y17, and Y38 for the yellows, and G00, BG32, and BG15 for the aquas.
I stamped the sentiments in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and then adhered the card front to an A2-sized card base.
As a final touch, I added Ranger Glossy Accents over each bulb to create a shiny finish. I let the project dry overnight to make sure the Glossy Accents had time to dry.
