Hi there, I hope you’re having a great weekend!
Today I’m playing with a collection of stamps from Picket Fence Studios. I’ve had my eye on this little fairy (is that what she is?) for a while and I’m so happy she’s come to live with me!
I started with a 3″ x 4.25″ panel of Neenah Solar White 80# Classic Crest cardstock. I used Copic-friendly Hero Arts Intense Black ink to stamp the fairy, from the So Proud of You stamp set. Using E00, YR61, YR02, and YR18, I colored the fairy’s head wrap and body. Then I used BG10, BG11, and BG13 to color her wings and boots. I used E50, E51, and E53 to color her face and arms.
I stamped the sentiment, from the Thrown on a Crown stamp set, in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and then set the panel aside to work on the background.
I positioned the Circles of Faith stamp set in a Misti stamping tool and then stamped it several times in Altenew Lagoon Crisp Ink. I shifted the paper a couple of times so that I could mostly fill the background.
To assemble the card, I backed the sentiment panel with foam tape and adhered it to the background which I in turn adhered to an A2 card base.
Thanks so much for coming by!
I’m not sure… maybe a forest nymph?… but she is adorable, and I love the sentiment! Those circles will be haunting me, Seeka! So wonderful…
