Hi there, I hope your day is going well!
It’s been a hectic one for me so today was the perfect day to play with this cute little stamp from Altenew for a quick and easy card.
I started by using Wow! Embossing Pad and a white Hero Arts embossing powder to heat emboss the heart and sentiment from the Magnolia Heart stamp set onto a 4-bar-sized piece of Neenah Desert Storm cardstock.
Then I used Rose and Chartreuse Prismacolor pencils to color in the tiny petals and leaves. I add just a touch of darker Magenta to the base of some of the petals.
I trimmed 1/8″ from each side of the panel and then backed it with foam tape to adhere it to a 4-bar-sized piece of Neenah Solar White. I added this step because the Neenah Solar White is much whiter than the cardstock I use for my card bases. Lastly, I adhered the card front to a card base.
