Hi there, I hope you’re having a lovely weekend!
I’ve been playing with bold colors for the past few days, feeling like a bit of brightness will help propel me through these busy holiday weeks. I suspect my holidays are not nearly as busy as most people so I’m really in awe of those of you keeping it all together!
Today’s card is a simple one using the Holiday Words die from Ellen Hutson’s Essentials By Ellen line. I didn’t separate the three word dies so I die cut all three words at once out of an A2-sized piece of Neenah Solar White 80# Classic Card cardstock.
On an A2-sized piece of Strathmore Bristol Smooth, I used small finger daubers to blend five colors of Catherine Pooler inks into soft strips of color. I used Aquatini, Mint To Be, Tiara, Bellini, and Coral Cabana.
To assemble the card, I adhered the die cut layer over the inked layer and then adhered the card front to an A2-sized card base.
Thank you so much for visiting!
