Hi there, I hope your weekend is getting off to a lovely start.
Today I have another encouragement card to share, this time using pretty stamps from The Stamp Market.
I used the Bloom With Hope stamp set for the flower and sentiment. The flower comes in three pieces, the stem and leaves, the flower head, and the center of the flower. I stamped the stem and leaves in Parrot Altenew Ink, the head of the flower in Rubellite, and the center of the flower in Maple Yellow, all on Neenah Solar White. Then I used Copics to add some shading: YG25 and YG17 for the stem and leaves, RV17 and RV34 for the flower, and T18, T19, and Y38 for the center of the flower and the stamen. I used a Brother ScanNCut2 to cut out the flower and then set it aside.
Using the Dotted Background stamp and Silver Stone ink, I stamped an A2-sized piece of Neenah Solar White. I trimmed the panel down to a smaller rectangle, and then trimmed a piece of gray kraft Recollections cardstock to create a frame. I adhered the two together and then onto another A2-sized piece of Neenah Solar White.
I stamped the sentiment in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and then backed it with foam tape. To assemble the card, I added foam tap to the back of the flower’s head and then added liquid glue to the back of the leaves. I adhered the flower to the background and then adhered the sentiment. To finish, I adhered the card front to an A2-sized card base.
Thank you so much for visiting!
What a fab card, I love the spotty background and the flower is so bright and cheerful. Enjoy your weekend 🙂
