Hello there, I hope your week has gotten off to a nice start!
Today I’m sharing a card that uses some of the beautiful new products from Pinkfresh Studio. Their new release is gorgeous!
I started by stamping the two groupings of greens from the Lush Greenery stamp set. I used Copic-friendly Hero Arts ink and stamped onto Neenah Solar White 80# Classic Crest cardstock. Then, using YG21, YG23, YG25, and YG17, I did some very basic coloring, as you can see 🙂 I used the coordinating die set to die cut the two bunches and then set them aside.
For the background, I used an A2-sized piece of Strathmore Bristol Smooth cardstock. I used foam blending tools to blend Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Inks, concentrating the darker color near the bottom of the panel. To create a bit of splatter, I sprinkled clean clear water over the panel and let it sit for about 15 seconds before I blotted it up with a clean paper towel.
I stamped the sentiment, which is from the My Favorite Things To Say stamp set, in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink. Then I adhered the two bunches of greenery, the bottom layer flush to the panel, and the top layer popped up with foam tape.
To finish, I adhered the card front to an A2-sized top-folding card base.
Thanks so very much for visiting!
