Today I’m sharing a card with a simple design and a loving sentiment. Both are from Technique Tuesday’s Lovely Lavender stamp set.
I started by stamping the lavender bouquet in Copic-friendly Hero Arts Intense Black ink onto Neenah Solar White 80# Classic Crest cardstock. Then I used V22, V25, V26, and V09 for the little lavender blooms, with a bit of RV63 for some of the open blooms. Then I used G20, G21, and G24 for the leaves and stems. I also used a dark green Prismacolor pencil to add some dark green details that would have been difficult to add with a wider-tipped Copic.
I stamped the sentiment in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink onto an A2-sized piece of Neenah. I cut out the bouquet with a ScanNCut2 and then popped it up and adhered it to the card front with foam tape. To finish, I adhered the card front to an A2-sized card base.
