Hello and welcome! Today we’re celebrating the Altenew November 2023 Marvelous Monthly Series Release with a blog hop! If you arrived from visiting Rachael Shedeed, you’re right on track. My card today features the Craft-A-Flower: Flowering Dogwood die set. I cut out all of the petals from a very pale pink cardstock and then used small blending tools to blend Fresh Lemon ink at the tips of the petals and Rouge ink at the centers. I also used a Copic Airbrush to add a fine mist of Copic R48 ink around the centers of the petals. I cut the centers of the flowers from a pink cardstock and then I glued all the flower pieces together.

Next, I cut some leaves from green cardstock and then I arranged and glued the flowers and leaves onto a background panel cut with the Dotted Tile Debossing cover die.

To finish, I added a die cut sentiment made with the Sweet Sentiments die set and glued the card front to a card base.

  45. Hi Seeka. I love your Dogwood card. The colors you blended are beautiful. I think the ink with the Copic Airbrush looks great. I think it would be fun to use one of those. I look forward to seeing your next card.
