I have three cards to share today so let’s dive in!
Hello
My first card features the gorgeous new Meadow Breeze Craft Your Life Project Kit. I really like the sizing of the floral images in this kit. They’re perfect to cover a card front and you an turn the images many ways for variety and to fill in spaces if you don’t want to leave too much white space.
For this card, I used the coordinating coloring stencils to easily add beautiful color to the outline floral image and then I cut out the image and glued it to a background made with the Mid-Century Frame die from a previous release.
Supplies:
- Meadow Breeze Craft Your Life Project Kit
- Mid-Century Frame Die
- Small blending tools
- Ink for floral outline and sentiment: Permanent Black
- Inks for yellow flowers: Sunray, Chamomile, Snapdragon, Marigold
- Inks for pink flowers and centers of yellow flowers: Baby Pink, Fuchsia, Magenta
- Inks for stems and leaves: Bamboo, Fresh Leaf
- Ink for background: Aqualicious
Thank You
My next card features the Build-A-Garden: Grand Carnations & Add-On Die Bundle. The layering stencil set in this kit includes a fun pattern stencil that I used to create this background.
Supplies:
- Build-A-Garden: Grand Carnations & Add-On Die Bundle
- Small blending tools
- Ink for floral outline and sentiment: Permanent Black
- Inks for flowers: Baby Pink, Fuchsia, Magenta
- Inks for stems and leaves: Bamboo, Fresh Leaf
- Ink for background: Aqualicious
You’re On My Mind
My last card today features the brand new Spark Joy: Fluttering Butterflies bundle which includes layering stencils, a foil plate, and three rolls of foil.
Supplies:
- Spark Joy: Fluttering Butterflies bundle
- Sentiment from the Build-A-Garden: Grand Carnations & Add-On Die Bundle
- Small blending tools
- Inks for greenery: Frayed Leaf, Forest Glades
- Ink for sentiment: Permanent Black

Aqualicious is one of my favorite colors that Altenew puts out. I love your backgrounds. Just enough but not too much so that it takes over… Beautiful work!

Very pretty and the colors are amazing. Love how you used the background stencil on the carnations. Great focal point!

The background on the carnation card is subtle, yet adds just enough contrasting color to make the carnations seem 3D.

Hi Seeka, your cards are so beautiful. I just love your first card how it just pops with the Aqualicious ink. It is really eye-catching. The blue stencil in the second card has a nice touch of blue with pink shades of the carnations. Your butterfly cars are so light and airy, and the gold foiled butterfly is a nice subtle touch. I look forward to your next cards.
