Hello, I hope you’re having a good day! Today we’re celebrating the release of the Altenew Craft Your Life Project Kit: Never Stop Dreaming release! The stamp set in this kit features a stunning arrangement of flowers, leaves, and a sweet little bud. Color it in with your favorite mediums, with or without the help of the coordinating Simple Coloring Stencil. The sentiments offer words of encouragement and can be mixed and matched for the perfect message. Use the other elements included in the project kit to complete the look!

I started off my card by stamping the beautiful floral image in Permanent Black ink onto white cardstock. Next, I used the layering stencils from the kit and small blending tools to blend yellow, orange, and pink inks onto the petals, and green inks onto the leaves. For the petals, I used Chamomile, Autumn Blaze, Coral Bliss, Warm Sunshine, and Fresh Lemon Crisp Dye inks. For the leaves, I used Bamboo and Fresh Leaf. I cut out the image using the included coordinating die and the used the die to cut two pieces of thick white cardstock. I layered and adhered the pieces together, with the colored flower on top and then set the piece aside.

Next, I removed the spray top from a bottle of Jet Black Ink Spray and used a small paintbrush to pick up a bit of ink straight from the bottle. I splattered the ink over a 4.25″ x 5.5″ panel of white cardstock, concentrating the spray at the bottom right of the panel. Then, I stamped the sentiment in black ink. To finish the card, I adhered the floral and then adhered the card front to a card base.
