Hello, happy Friday, and welcome to day one of the three-day countdown to Monday’s Hero Arts release! The new kit goes live at 10am PT on December 6th!

My card today features the large die that’s included in the set. To create the background for the card, I cut a 4.25″ x 5.5″ panel of Arctic cardstock and then used a blending brush to blend Aquatic ink over the top half the panel, concentrating the color towards the top and letting it fade towards the center. Then I sprayed Frost Shimmer Mist over that same top half of the card.

Next, I used the cover die to cut a piece of Dove White cardstock and then adhered it to the background after making sure it was dry. To finish, I stamped the sentiment (also from the kit) in black ink and then and adhered the card front to a card base.

  6. Love the background on this card, and I was hoping someone would use the die with white cardstock. Love the die! Looks like my Christmas gift is nailed!
