Hello there!
The August Gina K. Designs release is live and today I’m sharing a card featuring the new Grateful Spray stamp set (check out what else is new)!
This beautiful spray of flowers would be gorgeous colored with markers or pencils, or painted with watercolors, but I love how these blooms look simply stamped on a colorful background.
To create the background, I started with a 4.25″ x 5.5″ panel of white cardstock. Using blending brushes, I blended Lipstick ink over the bottom left of the panel and Wild Dandelion over the top right. I blended them together where they met along the diagonal; I love how these two colors blend to create a beautiful peach! I also blended the red a bit more into the yellow to soften the yellow. Then, I trimmed just a sliver off the each side of the panel where the ink may have built up.
Next, I stamped the large spray of blooms along the left bottom corner of the panel using black pigment ink. I filled in the right corner using one of the small leave stamps in the set and then I stamped the sentiment.
To finish this quick card, I adhered the card front to a card base.
Thank you so much for visiting!

This is gorgeous!
