Hi there and happy almost-Friday!
When I was in Seattle last week I spent a lovely afternoon making cards with the owner of Trinity Stamps as well as a few other very talented and delightful women. I feel so blessed to be able to do a bit of travelling to make my crafty dream of meeting, in real life, card makers I’ve met on Instagram! I stamped up this sweet girl while I was there and tonight I colored her up and reminisced about the wonderful time I had.
I had stamped the girl and sentiment from the Bouquet of Hope stamp set in Hero Arts Intense Black ink since I knew I wanted to color her with Copics. For the flowers and her belt, I used Y08, Y17, and YR16 and for the stems I used YG45.
I colored her dress with B21, B23, B26, and B28 and then used E50, E51, E53, and E33 for her skin. At the last minute I decided to add a bit of a drop shadow around her using W0, W1, and W3.
And to finish up this one-layer card, I adhered the card front to an A2-sized card base.
Thank you so much for swinging by!
Ditto that sentiment, and OH my goodness, this is beautiful!
I just won a darling little Snail Mail set from Tanesia… so cute!
