For day 15 of The Daily Marker’s 30-day Coloring Challenge, I colored a sweet image by Hellen Thorssen (@lilgmat on Instagram). She is an amazing illustrator and her coloring is gorgeous! If you’re interested in purchasing images to color, take a peek at her Etsy shop, HellensArtShop.
I used R81, R83, R85, and R89 to color the pretty flowers. Then I used YG13, YG17, and G28 to color the leaves and stems.
Then I trimmed the panel down to just larger than the frame that Hellen drew. I cut a piece of gray Recollections cardstock to create a border and adhered the two together. Then I backed it with foam tape and adhered it to an A2-sized card front.
I pulled out a sentiment stamp from Ellen Hutson’s Essentials by Ellen Totally Random Sayings Vol. 2 stamp set. I stamped it in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and then, to finish the card, I adhered the card front to an A2-sized card base.
