  • 10 Sheets of Cardstock- 1 of each color, 5.5″ x 8.5″ (Poppy, Pomegranate, Carrot, Terra Cotta, Cinnamon, Beeswax, Saffron, Tuscan, Truffle, Alabaster)

You Got This

For this card, I used the arm dies from the card kit to cut out pieces of Wild Berry and Tutu Spellbinders cardstock. Then I used Hero Arts Embossing & Watermark ink to stamp the December 2025 Cling Stamp of the Month: Dotty pattern onto the Wild Berry piece. I die cut the sleeves from Tutu and the hands from Fawn and then glued them to the arms. I adhered the top and bottom arm pieces to a card base and then die cut the heart and stamped the sentiment. To finish the card, I slid the heart beneath the arms.

Get Well Soon

For my second card, I used the December 2025 Die Set of the Month: Alphabet Soup. This card shows someone giving a bowl of soup to the recipient. It was so fun to put together! I die cut all of the elements and used a little bit of ink-blending and splatter to add details to the soup, letters, crackers, and hands. I also used the same Dotty Background cling stamp to add a pattern to the background.

Supplies:

  • December 2025 Die Set of the Month: Alphabet Soup
  • Soup: Carrot cardstock with Pumpkin ink-blending around the edges and brown splatter
  • Soul swirls: Terracotta cardstock
  • Noodles and crackers: Alabaster cardstock with Fawn ink-blending
  • Parsley: Rainforest cardstock
  • Bowl and spoon: Alabaster cardstock
  • Plate: Seaside cardstock cut with a die from the Nesting Circles die set
  • Hands: Fawn cardstock with Fawn ink-blending
  • Background: Oceanside cardstock with Embossing & Watermark ink-stamped dots using the December 2025 Cling Stamp of the Month: Dotty

Encouragement Cards, Just Because Cards

You Are Extraordinary Wonderful Amazing | Hero Arts November 2025 Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello and welcome! We’re blog hopping today to celebrate the November Hero Studio collection. These sets are available by subscription so if you’re not already a monthly subscriber, be sure to check out all of the Hero Studio subscriptions options!

This month’s book theme is so cozy! The November 2025 Card Kit of the Month includes:

  • To Be Read Pile 4×6 Clear Stamp Set
  • To Be Read Pile Coordinating Dies
  • Happy Place Die Set
  • Professional Bookworm 3×4 Stamp & Cut
  • Gold Hero Wax, 1 oz.
  • 10 Sheets of Cardstock- 1 of each color, 5.5″ x 8.5″ (Bellini, Coral, Carrot, Terra Cotta,
  • Beeswax, Saffron, Tuscan, Peridot, Seaside, Waterfall)

You Are Extraordinary Wonderful Amazing

For this card, I used the fun To Be Read stamps and dies from the Card Kit of the Month. I die cut the individual books from Coral, Carrot, Terra Cotta, and Tuscan cardstock (included in the kit) and then glued them to the base layer that I cut from white cardstock. I chose different spine designs and titles and stamped them in Onyx Pigment Ink.

Next, I used the November 2025 Cling Stamp of the Month: Checkerboard to create a tone-on-tone checkered background. I started with a 4.25″ x 5.5″ panel of Chiffon cardstock and then used Ultra Fine Clear embossing powder to heat emboss the pattern.

I trimmed about half an inch off the length and width of the checkered panel, keeping the checkered pattern as centered as possible. Then I used foam tape to adhere the stack of books and more foam tape to adhere the card front to an A2 card base.

You Are The Best, End of Story

My next card features the November 2025 Layering Stencils of the Month: On the Shelf.

I used Pale Tomato, Dandelion, and Cornflower Core Inks to stencil the different stencil layers. Then, I used white embossing powder to heat emboss a stamped image from the November 2025 Stamp & Cut of the Month: One Page at a Time set onto Dahlia cardstock before cutting it out when the coordinating die.

To assemble the card, I glued the stenciled panel to an A2 card base and then glued a strip of Dahlia cardstock which I scored, three times vertically, with a bone folder. I glued on the stamped image to finish.

Halloween Cards

Happy Haunting | Hero Arts August 2025 Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello and welcome! We’re blog hopping today to celebrate the August Hero Studio collection. These sets are available by subscription so if you’re not already a monthly subscriber, be sure to check out all of the Hero Studio subscriptions options!

This month’s spooky theme is here just in time to get ready for Halloween!

Happy Haunting

My first card features eerie portraits made with Card Kit of the Month. I used the layering stamps to stamp the woman’s portrait onto white paper and then die cut her out and cut her in half. Then I stamped the bat in white Unicorn pigment ink on black paper and die cut it out.

Next, I die cut the frames from purple and yellow cardstock and then swiped ink over them to grunge them up a bit. I glued the pieces together and then added the woman and the bat.

For the background, I stamped cobwebs in Unicorn pigment ink and then added a heat embossed sentiment before adhering the picture frames with foam tape. To finish, I glued the card front to a card base.

Supplies:

You Are Magic

My second card features the August Stencil of the Month and the August Stamp & Cut Set of the Month.

I die stamped and die cut the crystal ball from blue papers and then used the Bonus Magic Mist stencil (which you receive if you purchase The Whole Studio) to add some wispy smoke inside the orb before stamping the sentiment.

Then I used the layering stencils to create a monochrome background. I also stamped a wooden table using an older cling stamp. I glued the two pieces together and then used a rounded rectangle die to cut the combined piece. To assemble the card, I glued the wall and table panel to a card base and then used foam tape to adhere the crystal ball.
