Have A Magical Christmas | Hero Arts November 2023 My Monthly Hero Countdown + Giveaway

Hello and welcome to day one of the three-day countdown to Monday’s Hero Arts release! The beautiful new kit goes live at 10am PT on November 6th.

For this card, I stamped, colored, and die cut just one of the many images in this month’s kit and used foam tape to adhere it to an ink-blended background splattered with white paint. To finish, I added a sentiment from the kit and glued the card front to a card base.

Be sure visit the Hero Arts Blog for giveaway information and to see more inspiration! And, I hope you’ll come back Monday for a blog hop celebrating the new release.

Season’s Greetings | Hero Arts October 2023 My Monthly Hero Countdown + Giveaway

Hello and welcome to day one of the three-day countdown to Monday’s Hero Arts release! The beautiful new kit goes live at 10am PT on October 2nd.

For this card, I used just a single layer of the fantastic die set to create this frosty scene. I glued the die-cut panel over a piece of Arctic cardstock onto which I’d blended a bit of Aquatic ink to create a darker blue sky towards the top of the card.

Then, I used the stamp set that’s included in the Premium version of the kit to stamp the sentiment and the holly berries and leaves.

Be sure visit the Hero Arts Blog for giveaway information! And, I hope you’ll come back Monday for a blog hop celebrating the new release.

Merry Christmas | The Rabbit Hole Designs September 2023 Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome! We’re blog-hopping today to celebrate the September Rabbit Hole Designs release. I’m so excited to have gotten to play with the new Poinsettia & Pinecones stamp and die set, designed by Kelly Taylor. The line art in this set is gorgeous!

I made three quick and easy cards. The first features a loosely watercolored pine bough die cut and set against a splattered white panel. I added a stamped and die cut sentiment and then used foam tape to adhere the panel onto a panel of red cardstock. To finish, I glued the card front to a card base.

All Is Calm | Hero Arts Holiday 2023 Catalog Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

Hello and welcome! The new Hero Arts 2023 Holiday Catalog collection is live and we’re celebrating with a blog hop full of inspiration and a giveaway. If you’d like to start from the beginning, head on over to the Hero Arts blog.

I have four cards to share today so let’s dive in!

All Is Calm

My first card features the new Three Trees dies. I cut the trees from shades of teal cardstock and from gold glitter cardstock and then added tape on the back of the outlines and fall out pieces to hold them together. I used foam tape to adhere them to a tree and town scene and then added an ink-blended sky, a frame, and a sentiment.

Supplies:

Merry Christmas

My second card features new hot foil plates and a new background stamp. I used tone-on-tone stamping for a subtle background that really lets hot foil bells shine!

Supplies:

Season’s Greetings

This card features new snowflake hot foil plates that are extra sparkly thanks to Spellbinders Speckled Prism hot foil!

Supplies:

‘Tis The Season

My final card features a cute snowman peeking out from behind a tree. The new collection includes a peeking reindeer and a peeking elf, too!
