Hi there, I hope your week has gotten off to a great start!
Today I have a super quick and easy card to share using a gorgeous full-card sized stamp from Altenew. Just a few ink colors and a stamp positioning tool were it took!
I started by positioning an A2-sized piece of Neenah Solar White and the large stamp from the Pen Sketch Mandala stamp set into a Misti stamping tool. I randomly inked up different parts of the stamp with Snapdragon ink, other parts with Coral Bliss, and others with Crimson. I stamped onto the cardstock and then looked for places where the color wasn’t vibrant enough, or where there was a gap in color, or too harsh of a transition between colors. I selectively inked up the stamp again in those areas and stamped until I got a nice solid image with relatively smooth transitions between color.
I trimmed the panel down to 4″x5.25″ and then stamped the sentiment, from the same stamp set, in Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.
To assemble the card, I backed the inked panel with foam tape and adhered it to an A2-sized card base.
Thanks so much for visiting!
Great card! The Mandalas are always pretty!
